On Thursday 8th December 2016, 3aaa Apprenticeships are holding a combined graduation and launch event for our newly extended Worcester Academy, which will see 3aaa Apprenticeships further become a pivotal part in the skills development of young people in and around Worcester. The event will commence at 5.30pm, when guests will be given a tour of the new training centre, after which there will be an awards ceremony for Apprentices and employers, recognising achievements such as Employer and Apprentice of the Year.
The 3aaa Apprenticeships Worcester Academy was founded in 2014 and has since provided over 200 opportunities for young people in and around Worcester and have worked in partnership with over 150 local employers. We believe that young people should have education that is tailored to their learning style, not a one size fits all approach. Our mission is to deliver life changing employment opportunities and provide outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. The expansion of our highly successful Worcester Academy will allow us to train up to 60 Apprentices at any one time, helping us further meet our mission for local businesses and young people alike.
The 2016 expansion will bring 2 new state of the art Technology learning environments to our Worcester academy, which will enable our Apprentices to achieve more from their academy sessions and maximise their learning potential.
The Mayor of Worcester will be in attendance to celebrate the success of our Worcester Apprenticeship academy and the event will be an opportunity for businesses to network and meet the Apprentices and employers who are already reaping the benefits of 3aaa Apprenticeships.
